Finger Lakes Fall Colors
Fall is my favorite season in the Finger Lakes area. There are several hiking
trails and parks, in the immediate area, to enjoy the full glory of the colors. The community
park offers a running track, basketball court, soccer field, BBQ's, and covered pavilions. So,
enjoy a Fall Picnic!
The Finger Lakes area is noteworthy for it's hunting. There are ¼
million acres of public hunting lands, in 118 locations throughout the area. Goose, duck,
wild turkey and other fowl are prevalent. The area is also well known for it's deer
hunting. When Winter comes, you can enjoy downhill skiing and snowboarding at Bristol
Mountain Ski Lodge, just a few miles away.
