Paddling On Your Private Water
The pond is about 5-7 acres and is deed-restricted to non-motorized
watercraft. There is an island in the middle of the pond.
You share the pond with 5 other property owners, but only 2 of us reside there throughout the
summer. Other residents of the tract do not have access to the pond.
The water in the pond is pristine
and you can see the bottom in the shallower areas (clearly seen here in this picture). I stocked
the south end of the pond with large mouth bass 6 years ago and they are currently 18+ inches.
There is also a small community of brown trout on the north end of the pond. The water level
is between 15 - 20 feet at the deepest point.
