Hill-Top Water Front View
All buildings are on a hill, overlooking the pond, about 150 feet above the
pond's surface. They are built on the wooded area of the lot; leaving the meadow land open for
lounging, dock space, and entertainment. The road borders on the entire length of the property,
making it easy to access all areas by the vehicle of your choice.
Two large 8 foot patio doors, a large bay window, and open access to the water give you a
fabulous view. If you choose, the land could be further cleared to give an even better view. I
prefer the dense tree growth because the house stays very cool all summer.
